All ground orders are SHIPPED VIA UPS

Standard shipping is 3-5 days within the United States
Any International orders will use FedEx
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please note returns can be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. No exchanges. Since we make limited edition pieces, If you wish to swap out a piece from your order, we recommend returning it and placing a new order for the replacement piece to guarantee availability.
Please note ALL returns will be processed with a $25 restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
All items that are part of a sale are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS
Please reach out to info@partousoleil.com for returns. Once your refund is processed it will take 3-5 business days on average for it to show up in your bank account or credit card statement depending on your bank.
We do not accept returns on custom made pieces.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Partou Soleil ships all orders with UPS Ground within the continental United States. Orders are shipped from New Jersey, Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.
Pre-order and custom orders ship when available.
Packages ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery.
Since signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
Partou Soleil is not responsible for shipments or deliveries that are lost, delayed, or sent to the incorrect location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international packages are shipped via FedEX. Partou Soleil is unable to control or predict delivery windows for International shipments
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country not by Partou Soleil. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less the aforementioned fees. We are not responsible for delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
